Weโre excited to introduce a new feature in our Spencer County Schools app: ROOMS. Just like your studentโs classes, you student's bus route is now linked in ROOMS. When logging in, you should now see your child's bus route number.
If you find that your student needs to be added to multiple bus routes, or if the route displayed in ROOMS appears to be incorrect, please contact Cameron Chesser. This is a new system for our entire district, we appreciate your patience as we work through any initial issues.
If you haven't already, download our new "Spencer County Schools KY" app in the App Store or Play Store.
We understand that keeping up with communication through various channels like email, Facebook, and other apps can be challenging, especially when coordinating with parents. ROOMS aims to streamline this process by consolidating all two-way parent-driver conversations, behavior, and internal departmental discussions into one unified platform. This will also make it easier for drivers/administration to share transportation updates and announcements.
By integrating ROOMS within our district app, weโre not only simplifying communication but also reinforcing our districtโs brand and maintaining a cohesive online presence.
Thank you for your continued efforts and cooperation as we implement this new tool to better serve our families and improve our internal communication.
